This removable, elasticised strap is used to hold the Australis Utility Box or Fishing Rod Box in the back storage well of the Ocky or Foxx. It is also useful to hold a dry bag in place (always a good idea to clip to dry bag around the bungy). 

Please specify which model of kayak it is to be used for as the straps are slightly different lengths.
